The CCI User-eXperience Lab (UXL) provides a state-of-the-art lab environment located in the College of Communication and Information at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, Tennessee. The CCI User eXperience Lab was founded in 2008 as a collaboration between the College and Oak Ridge National Laboratory. The User eXperience Lab provides an environment conducive to studying how users interact with a system and conducive to gaining insight into the system’s usability. The lab supports interdisciplinary research by UTK faculty members, graduate students, university groups, government organizations, and outside companies. The lab offers a full range of UX research services to internal and external clients.
